Is Photopress version 1.1 compatible with WordPress 2.5? The addition of code based on the scott.sherrillmix.com post seems to have introduced 404's whenever I click on a photo or album group. Only the random photo feature actually works and when one clicks on the photo that is displayed via that feature the result is another 404. Frankly, I just don't see how this works on this site; however, since the site is still on WordPress 2.3.3, the problem may be that the code doesn't work under the latest version of WordPress. I'd love to use this plugin, if only it worked!

Good point... I've been using it at my family site for a while with no problems but I forgot to update it here. So, the version running here is now 1.1. Here's what I did to update it:

1. removed the old photopress folder
2. unzipped 1.1 in the plugins folder
3. deactivated and reactivated
4. checked the options page and updated
5. updated permalinks
6. copied my theme's page.php to photos.php, removed the "edit this page" code and updated the option (bottom of the options page) to point at photos.php

Viewing page source seems to indicate that the site is still using Photopress 1.02 and not Photopress 1.1. Do you have a link to a site that is actually using the latest version of Photopress? Perhaps a bit more explanation regarding installing and setting up the latest version of Photopress is in order. How does the incorporation of the code at the link to which you refer change the operation of Photopress?

I have had 1.02 working on my site for over a year but all attempts at using 1.1 have failed. No matter what I do to the configuration does not show the photos although the random photo option still works. Has anyone else had similar experiences with this latest update?
